Adelaide Oval will be at the centre of Men’s action, hosting six Super 12 matches and a Semi-Final, with Australia, Pakistan, India, South Africa and England to all feature at the venue. On the Women’s side, Adelaide will be a Preparation Hub for six of the world’s best teams, who will play warm-up matches at Karen Rolton Oval.
Adelaide Oval is the proud centrepiece of the boutique city – a venue steeped in sporting, arts and cultural history, but newly renovated and internationally recognised as a premier event host. Today Adelaide Oval is home to AFL, cricket, soccer, rugby league and sell-out concerts, from internationally-renowned artists including The Rolling Stones and Adele.
South Australia has a long and proud tradition as a home of cricket stretching back nearly 150 years. Throughout that history, Adelaide Oval has hosted record-breaking cricket matches including the first ever day/night Ashes Test in 2017. The ground is also home to the world-famous Bradman Collection Museum, paying homage to Australian cricket legend, Sir Donald Bradman.
